Little Fridays is a Fred & Freda initiative - a quarterly, invite only lunch series for people in property. That includes voices from development, leasing, retail, placemaking and marketing, from emerging talent to established leaders.
Born from a desire for something more human (and more useful) than your typical 7am networking event, Little Fridays is about connection that actually matters. Each event brings together a curated mix of the industry’s most thoughtful people. It’s deliberately small, so the conversation can be meaningful, and memorable!
There’s no pitches or pressure to perform. This isn’t about playbooks, it’s about honest dialogue among people who get it. Just a great meal, good people, and the kind of conversation you’ll actually want to be part of.

Renaud’s got 15+ years in retail property - from Scentre to Fortius, Growthpoint, and now Haben, where he leads investment strategy across their national portfolio. He’s sharp, refreshingly honest, and brings a rare mix of big picture thinking and on the ground experience, from neighbourhood strips to premium CBD assets. He could probably have his own podcast, but we’ve convinced him to join us for lunch instead.
