Kyko Group, Colliers, Knight Frank & AAT Retail engaged us to craft the story of 155 George Street - a once-in-a-lease-cycle icon.

We created a standout Leasing IM and visual suite that captured the site’s potential and market appeal, while shaping the placemaking narrative for its position between The Rocks and Circular Quay.

Cbus Property partnered with us to turn Newmarket into a full street festival: live music, face painting, food pop-ups, roving performers, a pop-up bar - and a crowd that travelled from outside Randwick to be part of it.

We’re continuing the partnership into 2026 for Stage 3 placemaking and community programming.
