What We Did

Stakeholder Alignment: Ran workshops with the landlord and leasing teams to surface the building's genuine point of difference.

Multimedia Production: Shot photography and video around a live marathon event, capturing the building alive with energy and in motion.

Leasing Strategy & Copy: Wrote the brochure copy and strategy from the ground up, putting leasing velocity and NLA efficiency front and centre as the building's core selling points.
